משהו ששמתי לב אליו, בקשר ונילי, בקשר קינקי ובכלל כל קשר ביחסי גומלין עם בני אדם אבל במיוחד אלו שקצת יותר אינטימיים - האגו פשוט מסנוור אנשים במלחמה של הגנה עצמית גם כשאין בהכרח באמת חזית. אנשים מפספסים התעמקות של קשרים, חוויות קינקיות של מסירות אמיתית או להפך בגלל פקטור קטן של אגו.
