נניח שיש לי בדיקות דם לעשות, כלום מיוחד, שגרתי, תקופתי, הכי רגיל שיש.
ונניח שאפשר להזמין הביתה אחות לקחת דם. ונניח שהאחות הזו שלנו בדסמית. ונניח שהיא יכולה מוכנה ורוצה לקחת דם מאיפה שנחפוץ, בהנחה שזה מותר רפואית ולא מזיק בריאותית. ונניח שכל זה לגמרי SSC וגם DVB וגם LGH ו HPC או כל צרוף אותיות אחר שגורם לכם להרגיש ביטחון ובטוב. מהיכן מעניין אפשר לקחת דם? מהיכן כואב אפשר לקחת דם? מהיכן משפיל ומיני אפשר לקחת דם? עשו את זה כבר? יש מידע על זה איפה שהוא ברשת? |

בעיקרון הפרקטיקה היא דם מוריד במרפק (שיקלול של סיבות, כולל להגן על המטופל והן על בטיחות המטפל).
אבל יש מצבים שלוקחים דם מעורקים. ואז אפשר מהמפשעה. |

It is also closer to the median nerve and the brachial artery, which increases the risk of nerve injury or an accidental arterial puncture, potentially causing a "shock-like" pain. Cephalic vein (in the forearm): Drawing from the forearm may be necessary, but the veins tend to be smaller and more mobile than those in the elbow. This can increase the likelihood of multiple attempts and associated pain. High pain: Red (alternative sites, usually for difficult draws) Hand veins (dorsal metacarpal veins): Drawing blood from the back of the hand is often more painful than from the inner elbow. The veins are more superficial and tend to roll, and the skin is more sensitive. This approach is typically reserved for experienced practitioners when other sites are not accessible. Foot veins: Venous access in the feet is used only as a last resort, as it is more painful and carries a greater risk of complications, such as blood clots (thrombophlebitis), especially in adults. Highest pain: Black (used for pediatric patients or critical cases) Heel stick (neonates): This method involves pricking the lateral side of a newborn's heel to obtain a blood sample. It is necessary for specific tests but is known to be painful for the infant. Arterial puncture: This is not a standard blood test and is only performed for highly specific tests (like blood gases). It involves drawing blood directly from an artery, which is significantly more painful than a venipuncture. Factors influencing pain levels Technician skill: An experienced phlebotomist can minimize pain at any site. Anatomy: Natural variations in vein size, depth, and the surrounding tissue can affect the sensation of the draw. מניסיון. האחיות האלו מיומנות בטירוף ובלחץ של זמן. הן צריכות לסיים את כל הנבדקים ולמסור למעבדה עד 10:00 אז כל הסיפור לוקח גג 10 דקות מרגע כניסתה לבית ועד יציאתה. גם אם היא בדסמית היא לא תתעכב דקה מעבר.

בתור איש צוות רפואי הייתי עד לכמה מקרים כאלה, מכניסים מחט גודלה לניקוז דם מהאיבר מין למטופל כשהוא בהכרה ! זה טיפול לאחד ממקרי החירום באורולוגיה שנקרא ״פריאפיזם״ זקפה ממושכת כתוצאה מתרופות או מצב חולי אחר שמסכן את האיבר ! בתור גבר קצת מזוכיסטי זה כואב מאוד לראות את זה |
