It's amazing how I feel happy today. With good friends and conversations and a movie.
Yesterday too, initiating a party and having fun.
Maybe this blog is good for tracking my mood swings.
Isn't it funny that I started to notice the abrupt changes in my moods when I started taking mood stabilizers?
