when starting to cross melancoly
one leaves another on this side
persons, figures, children, shadows of the past
happy or sad
you were never alone
they were there too
happy or sad
never alone in your sorrow
i seem to have forgotten that
when one leaves the river banks
for other territories
sadness is the price to pay for hapiness
